Our experience with the first person on our job did not go very well at all. But then Nathan took over and things took off. He was very responsive and helpful. We hired Arko Exteriors for a roof replacement. It was a very positive experience with Nic Rundle, the project manager, and the Arko team. Nic was incredibly professional keeping us up to date  with progress. The roof looks great and was done on time. FANTASTIC all around! We worked with Chris Chicoine to have our roof replaced. He was on top of it! Professional, very attentive, thorough in explaining each step of the process and making sure we understood everything and then followed up with us all throughout the process as well! He couldn't have made it any easier to work with him and Arko! We left to go out of town the afternoon the roof was being replaced; we came home 2 days later to a new roof and all remnants/debris was cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there! Our house had a major hail claim from the spring of 2022. Nic was the project manager from Arko who worked with us on the repairs. I’ve been through this process before and I have learned that when selecting a contractor it’s just as important to choose one who is experienced working with your insurance company as it is the quality of work. Arko came with good reviews on both. Nic was well versed in dealing with the red tape and bureaucracy of my insurance company and helped get us approved for full repairs. Arko came out  inspected and replaced our roof. Luke and Nic Rundle helped my wife and I through the process and made it easy without the stress. They were knowledgeable , patient and answered all questions to the fullest. We are very satisfied with our experience with Arko and will definitely recommend them.
