Nic was incredibly professional keeping us up to date with progress. The roof looks great and was done on time. The team of roofers was very courteous and also ensure everything was picked up after the project. We will hire Arko again.

Professional, very attentive, thorough in explaining each step of the process and making sure we understood everything and then followed up with us all throughout the process as well! He couldn't have made it any easier to work with him and Arko! We left to go out of town the afternoon the roof was being replaced; we came home 2 days later to a new roof and all remnants/debris was cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there! Thank you Arko and Chris for such tremendous work!

I’ve been through this process before and I have learned that when selecting a contractor it’s just as important to choose one who is experienced working with your insurance company as it is the quality of work. Arko came with good reviews on both. Nic was well versed in dealing with the red tape and bureaucracy of my insurance company and helped get us approved for full repairs. The quality of work was also outstanding and Nic was very good keeping the line of communications open. I highly recommend Arko for your repairs.
